Sleepy Tea


Each pack contains 50g which makes approx 20 – 25 mugs of tea dependant on strength.

Take a cup an hour before bed and a cup to bed with you. Sweet dreams.


Oatstraw, lavender flowers, lime flowers, lemon balm, chamomile flowers.

Each of these herbs has a very gentle and soothing effect on the nervous system. They work to help the body relax, let go of the stresses of the day and switch into a relaxing restorative sleep that heals. Take a cup an hour before bed as you turn off the big lights and electronic items and get into your pyjamas, then take a cup to bed with you.
