Burn out blend re-builds and nourishes an exhausted nervous system after either chronic stress or illness or prolonged sustained trauma. We have two nervous systems, one that conducts all our bodily actions we don’t think about like breathing and digesting food and another that kicks in when we experience stress. Unfortunately the way we live today means the nervous system that deals with stress ends up running the show, and we end up not only unable to relax and restore but so burned out with little stress response left at all. These herbs all nourish the nervous system and re train the body to relax. It is ideal to both support the body through stress and to both create and begin the recovery process to a more relaxed state of being.
